3. The Berczy
About
The Berczy is a cutting-edge condo skyscraper at 55 Front St. East in Toronto. It’s one of the city’s few green condominiums, which are few and far between in Toronto. Outside, the building has a melancholy look that evokes ancient St. Lawrence-area structures, yet everything is done with modern architectural features, giving it a distinctive look.
The Gooderham Project is just across the street from 55 Front St E, where this 12 story Boutique condo building is situated in the St Lawrence area. St. Lawrence, commonly known as Old Town Toronto, exudes typical Toronto coolness. Around the Berczy Condos, you’ll find St. Lawrence Market, Berczy Park, and many more attractions.

4. Shangri-La
About
At 180 University Avenue in Toronto’s Financial District, you’ll find the Shangri-La condominiums and hotels. The Shangri-La is not only one of Toronto’s finest condominiums, but it may also be the city’s most recognizable home. This structure stands out not just because of the Shangri-La name attached to it, but also because of the distinctive sculpture at the entryway and the unusual shape of the building. This is the top of my list, and no matter how jaded you are about condo life, this building won’t let you down. The concierge service in the residential area is top-notch.

The Chocolate Co. Lofts in Queen West are a well-known Queen West renovation. It was once the Patterson Chocolate Factory, but it was converted in 2005. 8. INDX
About
One of the most significant features of this apartment is the location. This feature alone makes this building stand out as an excellent place to invest. The address is 70 Temperance St., which is right in the middle of Toronto’s Financial District. Office buildings, hotels, and restaurants line both sides of Bay St. and Richmond St. W.
This condo’s unusual location makes it an excellent choice for finance professionals looking for a place to call home. Many significant Toronto employers, the main banks’ headquarters, the Toronto Stock Exchange, a subway station, and Eaton Centre are all within walking distance. This is by far one of the finest Toronto condos to invest in my view, and I’ve done a lot of transactions in the city.

10. The Milan Condominiums
About
It’s hard to believe that the Milan Condos at 825 Church St. is one of Toronto’s most undervalued condo developments. There are several reasons why “The Milan” Condos are considered one of the finest in Toronto. Great condo apartments are available in the surrounding neighborhoods (Yonge/Bloor and Yorkville) at a lower price than the norm.
The Milan, a 37-story tower with an 8-story pedestal, was completed in 2016 by Conservatory Group. The podium contains condo townhouses, while the lounge is on the ninth level.
