I cycled throughout all of my second pregnancy and most of my first (except for the winter months) and felt terrific. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is already a regular rider. It’s especially great during the last couple of months when moving around (even just walking) makes you feel like an elephant doing the duck waddle.
