St. Nicholas Street
By Joe T. | March 21, 2011
My photo today is of St. Nicholas St., a little alley of a street that runs west of Yonge from Wellesley up to almost Bloor.
It’s what I sometimes take to get up to Bloor to start going east to the Danforth. Other days I take Church or Jarvis.
It’s a really interesting street as it reminds one of the old narrow streets that used to be more prominent in downtown Toronto (and yeah, it has brick paving for large sections) yet it’s also surrounded by condos, townhomes, office buildings and the backs of Yonge St. stores.
