It felt way colder than 4 C this morning… but the number of cyclists I see every day keeps rising (albeit slowly):

Temperature: 4 C
Roads: Dry
Number of Cyclists Seen: 32
Right now, of course, the mercury is already up to 15 C! It’s not even 1 PM.
