This was an excellent ride that went smoothly - no cops!
The weather was a bit chilly and windy but it was dry. I forgot to take a count, I'd guess there were close to 100.
See you in December when it will be darker a little earlier - let's hope there's no snow or ice.

Damn, I'm really sorry I missed it. Work was *insane* and I didn't get home until late. Maybe next month.
That said, I did do January's mass last year and didn't really like it. The numbers were really low (12-15?) and it was hard to stay warm as we rode so slowly (I keep warm by riding hard). I also found the riders somewhat obnoxious - with only that many folks we probably should've taken only one travel lane and yet the group spread across all lanes wherever we went, irritating motorists much more than usual.
