  4. Thanks for updating us, TOBMA.

I've updated your original post, and have added this event to the Events Calendar.

  5. Well that was fun. Seemed pretty well attended. Nice to see artists and craftspersons donating so much for the silent auction and friends of Al Sheppard helping out as well. Guess we'll hear at some point how much was collected for the family. Quite a collection of beautiful road/courier bikes locked up outside... A few folks were taking pics so guess they'll be posted online at some point.

  6. I'm glad I went even though I got completely drenched on the way over (rain gear is still packed in some box somewhere). Bar scene isn't really my thing so I didn't spend a long time but I was really glad to see the turnout. Word was that before the first person walked in the door they'd raised $3k through online donations. Also nice of Sweet Pete's to donate door prizes (there may have been other donors but I was lucky enough to win a prize that was from them) and I heard that Sneaky Dee's donated a ton as well. Olivia Chow showed up at one point as well. It was really nice also to see an alternative to the Navigator-led smear and to see so many folks who obviously didn't buy into it.
