I was out of town on business for a while and then my routine kept me off my bike for a while after that. Now I'm riding just about every day again and this almost always brings me to Cosburn between Logan and Pape. And what I notice is that a few months ago the bike lanes there were a de facto loading zone and short-term parking for the highrises along that strip. Now, though, out of the last 6-8 times I've been down that stretch there hasn't been *one* parked car in the bike lane. Am I imagining this change or has it actually improved. And if so, any ideas why?
