I've just added the capability for forum users to add small photos (also called avatars) to their profiles.
To upload a photo/avatar, go to your profile page (click on your name at the top of the main Forum page, where it says "Welcome, *you*!".
The "Upload Avatar" link will be at the top of the main section of the profile page.
Please let me know if you run into any problems.

Annie let me know that there were some error messages popping up when she tried to upload a photo as an "avatar".
Just posting to let you know that I've fixed the problem, so if you've wanted to upload a photo but saw error messages, everything should work okay now.
My current photo is me atop a double-decker tour bus in NYC a few years ago. :)
