				<description>&#60;p&#62;Driving.ca has an interesting test of road rules. It includes some international rules as well as winter condition driving.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Unfortunately, most of the questions don't seem to be very relevant to day-to-day city driving. And there's not a single question that has to do with encountering cyclists.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I may be reading too much into a silly Flash test on a web site, but the refusal of authoritative driving voices to acknowledge that there are more than just cars and trucks on our roads is without a doubt in my mind part of the reason why our roads are unsafe and hostile.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But that's just me dinging my bell of course...&#60;/p&#62;
