As I wrote previously, I’m really enjoying hearing about the Scraper bike phenomenon. Here’s another great video:

    Sweet.

    I remember when the kids were squeegeeing car windshields back in the 90′s. Some people didn’t like it so the city set up a bike repair school to teach them skills at the same time as the police began to enforce loitering and Jay walking laws to make it hard to make money squeegeeing. It worked even though the bike school thing went away (I think).
