Bloor Street merchants aren’t singing the blues – yet – about construction for a bike lanes pilot project that started on Tuesday that has removed all parking and congested traffic. “We’ve had our appointments come in so far,” Jenna Davey of the Downtown Cat Clinic at 739 Bloor St. W. said Tuesday noon.
