Cyclists from across the city will celebrate winter cycling on Wednesday January 30th by joining a group ride on the (statistically) coldest day of the year. Presented by Cycle Toronto in partnership with the City of Toronto and BIXI Toronto, the Coldest Day of the Year Ride is a short, car-free ride leaving from the back of City Hall at noon.
