Here’s the Photo of the E-Biker who Assaulted a Cyclist

Earlier today we let you know that police were looking for an e-biker / e-scooter user who had assaulted a cyclist in the Spadina & Harbord area:

The driver of the e-scooter allegedly punched the cyclist several times in the face before driving away, police say.

The suspect is described as white, 5-foot-six, with shoulder-length blond hair. He was  wearing a black/red winter jacket and khaki pants.

Above is a photo of the e-biker captured by a surveillance camera.  If he looks familiar, let the police know at 416−808−1400, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416−222−TIPS (8477), online at www.222tips.com, text TOR and your message to CRIMES (274637), or Leave A tip on the Toronto Police Service Facebook Page.

  • Hello Everybody,

I am the man who punched that biker out on Spadina.

What you do not know is that a block away I had my biked kicked by two passer byes and I was spit on in the face by two bikers for taking up too much of the bike lane. Immediately following I punched one in the face. This then turned into 15 cyclists versus one e-bike, so I left. My lawyers will take this as far as it needs to go.

    Hello Lyndsay,

    1) You broke the law when you decided to ride a motorized vehicle in a lane reserved for bicycles. Your actions endangered other, law-abiding cyclists. That is why you were receiving hostile responses.

    2) You broke the law, and the rules of civil society, to an even more egregious extent when you assaulted one of the cyclists whose lives you had already so obliviously and offensively endangered.

    3) You are not the victim here. You are a violent criminal and will be prosecuted as such. Good luck on that whole “taking it as far as it needs to go” thing–in a just world, that will be jail.

but they aren’t following the rules!!!!

I must inform them or society will crumble!!!
