Bought the BEST pannier at Cyce Butik (http://www.cyclebutik.com/contact.php) on Lake Shore West –nr the foot of BkRte11. It sits nicely, holds a TONNE of stuff and looks like a cool tote bag when you pull it off. You can zip the hooks away and you’d never know! It’s (unsurprisingly) made in Netherlands.
