BikeSauce Fundraiser Reminder

Just a reminder that BikeSauce is holding a fundraiser tomorrow night (Friday) that looks like it’s going to be fun and interesting (and for a great purpose – they are a registered non-profit).

What is BikeSauce?

Bike Sauce is a DIY bike repair space and community hub. We have our Grand Opening on April 17th 2010 at 717 Queen Street East.

This will be a place where you can fix your bicycle using our tools and recycled or new parts. If you dont know how to fix it, our volunteers will be there to help you. It will also be a social space where you can come and meet with your neighbours and figure out how to improve our city.

The Fundraiser:

To announce our arrival in Toronto’s East End, we’ll be throwing a Fundraiser on Friday, April 9th at the Blue Moon.

Featured Acts:

Hooded Fang
Abdominal & The Obliques
Entire Cities
Bike Jazz w/ dancers

When: Friday, April 9, 2010
Where: Blue Moon (725 Queen St E)
Time: 9pm
Cost: $5-$10 Sliding Scale
