Ryerson University – Inside Ride

  • Date: Tues, March 30
  • Time: 2 – 4 PM
  • Location: Foyer, Student Campus Centre, 55 Gould Street (map)
  • Info: The Inside Ride is Canada’s first indoor cycling celebration and fundraising event dedicated to raising monies in support of children and their families living with and beyond childhood cancer. Presented by Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation, the Inside Ride is a professional, extraordinary two-hour, team-based, indoor-cycling challenge that is fun, safe, and energizing for participants and volunteers alike!

Trailblazers Tandem Club – Open House

  • Date: Wed, March 31
  • Time: 6 – 8:30 PM
  • Location: CNIB, 1929 Bayview Avenue (map)
  • Info: The TRAILBLAZERS is a recreational cycling club with a twist! We give blind and vision impaired people the opportunity to cycle with sighted guides on our tandems. We are a registered charity and are always seeking new volunteers to ride with our members. You can choose to ride as much or as little as you like, and rides can accommodate your schedule.

CBN Workshop – Bike Repair: Brakes and Gears

  • Date: Wed, March 31
  • Time: 7 – 10 PM
  • Location: 761 Queen Street West (map)
  • Info: We are now offering classes in bike repair that build on our introductory (‘Flat-fix and Tune-up’) class. Registrants should be familiar and comfortable with the subject of that class before taking the intermediate class(es).
