BikingToronto is 3 Years Old Today

Today is BikingToronto’s 3rd birthday. It started compiling all biking-related info about Toronto back on Jan. 12th 2006, and has grown hugely since then.

As I did a year ago, I thought I’d compare 2008 to 2007 to see how the site has grown:

How 2008 stacked up to 2007 and 2006:

2007 over 2006: 100% increase
2008 over 2007: 171% increase

Posting went way up on the site. 2008 averaged 6.5 posts a day.

Unique Visitors:
2007 over 2006: 40% increase

2008 over 2007: 138% increase
Lots of people like BikingToronto. :)

Page Views:
2007 over 2006: 40% increase

2008 over 2007: 155% increase
Another big jump in viewing. Yay!

Search Visits:
2007 over 2006: 121% increase
2008 over 2007: 199% increase
Search engine visitors just about tripled from 2007 to 2008. Woah.

All these numbers are increasing, which means that you are enjoying what appears on BikingToronto. Feel free to leave any questions or concerns in the comments. I read every single one!
