Joe designed the well-known “I Bike T.O.” logo in February 2006, which is available on shirts at buttons at http://www.ibiketo.org, where 100% of profits are given to cycling-related charities in Toronto.
It was designed to be a proud and positive symbol of cycling in Toronto, as BikingToronto as a website has always promoted bicycles in a positive and constructive way. Use of the logo by any individual or organization infringes on copyright and trademark laws.
Permission to use the logo can be given, but only for positive and constructive uses. If the logo is perceived to be used for purposes which are no longer positive or constructive, permission to use the logo and trademark can be revoked.
